Established in 2017, Hub 757 is a premier event venue located in the vibrant Harbourview area of Northern Suffolk. Spanning over 28,000 square feet, our versatile space is designed to accommodate a wide range of events, from corporate gatherings and social celebrations to productions and weddings. Featuring an urban chic, industrial atmosphere, Hub 757 offers a stylish and adaptable backdrop that enhances any occasion while providing modern amenities and exceptional service.

Do you allow alcohol?Yes, alcohol is permitted with a Virginia ABC banquet license and Certificate of Liability Insurance. Our Event Manager will assist with the process.

Is the building handicap accessible?Yes, all spaces and restrooms are fully accessible.

Accommodation suggestions?Nearby options include TownPlace Suites, Courtyard by Marriott Suffolk Chesapeake, and Hilton Garden Inn Chesapeake/Suffolk, all within a mile.

When can we book a wedding rehearsal?Rehearsals can be booked within 30 days of the wedding. Availability on the night before is not guaranteed. Our Event Manager will assist with scheduling.

Are tables and chairs included?Yes, tables and chairs are provided, including setup and teardown. Linens are not included.

What about parking?We offer free parking with 300 spaces and additional parking in a nearby field.

Can I bring my own vendors?Yes, you can use any vendors, though some, like caterers, need to provide a valid business license.

Can we set up the night before?Setup and teardown must be completed within the contracted rental time.

Is there a time limit for space use?Events must end by 11:00 pm. Additional hours are available at $150 per hour, based on availability.

What is the rental fee and payment schedule?Fees vary by room and day. Payment schedule: Security Deposit: Due within 5 days of contract receipt 50% of Rental Fee: Due two weeks after the deposit Remaining 50%: Due 90 days before the event Payment plans are available.
