Can I bring in an outside caterer?

Yes! Hub 757 does not offer onsite catering. You are welcome to contract an outside caterer for your event. We do require a copy of the caterer's business license.
Don't have a caterer? We can offer suggestions on local catering companies.

Is there a charge for use of the kitchen?

No.

Do you allow alcohol?

Yes! An ABC banquet license must be obtained and submitted to Hub 757 prior to your event. You can start that process here. Certificate of Liability Insurance must also be obtained.

Do you need an appointment to tour the building?

Yes. Tours are conducted by appointment only. You can contact us here to set one up.

Does Hub 757 offer free wi-fi?

Yes! We offer complimentary wifi throughout the facility.

What is provided with the room set up?

We offer tables (either round or rectangular) and chairs. Skirting for tables is not provided.

Do you have a sweetheart table?

We do!

Is there a time limit for the use of space?

Space is available for the amount of time specified on the rental agreement. All events must end by 11:00pm.

Is the building handicap accessible?

Yes! All spaces where you can host events are on one level.

Do you offer accommodations?

Not onsite - however the Courtyard by Marriott Suffolk Chesapeake and TownePlace Suites are located just behind our property, an easy walk from the building. Additionally, the Hilton Garden Inn Chesapeake/Suffolk and Comfort Suites Suffolk-Chesapeake are within a 3 mile radius.

Is there a fee to park at Hub 757?

No! We have ample FREE parking!

When can I consider my event booked at Hub 757?

Once a contract has been signed and the initial deposit has been paid, your event is booked.

Is there a security deposit?

Yes, a security deposit will be due when your contract is signed and is refundable following your event, provided there is no damage to the building.
